Authentic emotions, extraordinary people, and an atmosphere filled with positive energy – this is what the meeting looked like during the photo session promoting the next edition of the campaign “I DON’T HATE – I MOTIVATE” for the year 2025.
I am incredibly grateful that I could participate in this special session and contribute my small part to a project that carries such an important message into the world.
The event was attended by women of great strength and heart – Monika Blezień-Ruszaj, Katarzyna Krupa, Justyna Konieczna, Sylwia Pikul, Alina Roszczyńska, Anna Siemińska, Anna Szyryńska, Patrycja Maślankiewicz, Marta Wolańska, Magdalena Kornacka, Agnieszka Barzycka, Małgorzata Wasilewska-Mańkowska, Kamila Tokarska, Anna Krakowska, Ewelina Kuncelman, Mirosława Kowalkowska, Ewa Adamska, and Żaneta Wiśniewska-Poreda, who financially supported the billboard campaign.
We were also honored by the presence of the campaign’s ambassadors – Teresa Rosati and Maja Frykowska.
It was an intense time, but one that filled the heart with joy. A time spent among exceptional women whose attitude, commitment, and authenticity truly embody the idea behind the “I Don’t Hate – I Motivate” campaign.
Words have power
Freedom of speech is a great value.
It is a right that allows us to speak about what we feel and think.
But freedom of speech is not an excuse for harassing another human being.
It is not a shield for aggression, nor a permission to harm.
Your words have power.
They can lift up or break down.
They can open a heart or lock it in pain.
Every time you speak – you choose.
Do you build or destroy?
Do you create a bridge or a wall?
Do you offer support or take someone’s breath away?
Remember: freedom always goes hand in hand with responsibility.
You have the right to speak. But you also have the duty to see the person you’re speaking to.
Because words are energy.
They come back.
And they stay in the space much longer than you think.
Use them consciously.
Not to hurt.
But to remind others who they are: worthy, enough, important.
