Sisterhood – a power that changes life and business

When we hear the word sisterhood, we often think of female solidarity, a community where we can count on mutual support and understanding.
For me, however, it’s something much deeper. It’s an energy that strengthens us in everyday life, gives a sense of security and… also translates into success in business.

I’m happy to share that I became one of the 30 authors of the book “Sisterhood. The Foundation of Solidarity and Support” edited by Ilona Adamska.
My chapter is titled:

“The true power of female relationships lies in unity and empathy.”

The true power of female bonds

I believe that sisterhood becomes truly strong when women see each other as equal parts of a whole – none above, none below. It is precisely in this equality and empathy that the power lies – a power that changes lives, builds healthy relationships, and opens the door to new opportunities.

These are not just beautiful words – research shows that women who have close relationships with other women are in better shape, get sick less often, and live longer. As Lily Tomlin said:
“Women who have close friendships with other women are in better health, get sick less, and live longer.”

Sisterhood in business

The business world often teaches us competition and fighting alone for success. Meanwhile, sisterhood shows another way – one based on cooperation, sharing experiences, and uplifting each other.

Women who support each other in business:

• develop faster,
• create more stable projects,
• build an environment where there is no room for fear or jealousy.
